PURPOSEThe NCITE Intersection Traffic Control Committee is a forum for NCITE members to discuss issues related to traffic signal design and operation. From time to time, the committee also drafts white papers on transportation engineering best practices. All members are welcome to attend the meetings. Meetings are typically held the first Wednesday of each non-summer month. Note: The NCITE Intersection Traffic Control Committee was known as the NCITE Traffic Signal Committee prior to January 2007.
