General Overview of the 2009 MUTCD Parts 1 and 6:
In December, 2009, the FHWA published the 2009 edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. This webinar will provide a brief overview of the major revisions from the 2003 version of the manual. There will be time available for a short question and answer session immediately following the presentations.
Four webinars have been scheduled to review changes from the 2003 and 2009 Part 1 and 6 editions of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 2009 Edition.

Minnesota Center for Transportation Studies
The Center for Transportation Studies conducts a broad, multidisciplinary program to coordinate and promote transportation education at the University of Minnesota.
Mn/DOT OTSO Educational Opportunities
Traffic Education is a direct service that enables the Mn/DOT Office of Traffic, Security and Operations (OTSO) to provide technical leadership to state, city, and county traffic professionals. The OTSO Traffic Education Section works closely with the Mn/DOT Traffic Engineering Organization (TEO), as well as county, city, and private traffic professionals, to identify professional continuing educational needs. Traffic education courses are developed and delivered in the following traffic engineering specialty areas: Signals, ITS, Lighting, Signing, Work Zones, and Safety.
ITE Online Learning Gateway
The ITE Online Learning Gateway has been developed by the Institute of Transportation Engineers in partnership with DeakinPrime USA. Through the gateway, transportation professionals will be able to readily access affordable online continuing professional development courses from their office and/or home computers.
